Dr. David Stehlik is a passionate strategist, trainer, researcher, and executive coach. As a director of graduate leadership education and business professor in the domains of leadership analytics, organizational development, and corporate and healthcare finance, he equips mid-career professionals to accelerate toward opportunity and better steward the future with present financial and social savvy. His training and experience includes (but isn’t limited to):

To keep alert to practical technological change, he actively holds the internationally recognized Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) credential with the EC-Council, alongside CompTIA A+ ce, Network+ ce, and Security+ ce certifications. He also maintains an active membership with the Association of Professional Futurists (APF).

Dr. Stehlik earned his terminal degree at Regent University (VA, USA) in strategic leadership, concentrating on strategic foresight competency development and deployment (where he also earned the annual Award of Excellence for his manuscript on innovating leadership in the healthcare sector). He also earned top honors for his MBA at University of Saint Francis (IN, USA), tackling three concentrations:  International Business, Marketing, and Management. As an undergraduate, he attended Hillsdale College (MI, USA), double-majoring in Political Economy and Christian Studies, participating in multiple academic honoraries and founding and leading social organizations. His graduate degrees were earned in tandem with nonprofit consulting traveling to Africa, South America, and throughout southeastern Europe.

 

Through his experiences with courses and workshops taken onsite, in-class, online, hybridized, and localized around residency-modules, he can appreciate the myriad methods and applications of modern learning tools and times. Such experience plays a vital role in his continued success as an educator, practitioner, and advisor in varied environments, with students, advisees, mastermind colleagues, and workshop participants across the globe.
